Description
It would be nice to be able to view the details of every entry associated with
an account in a General Ledger style.
This should add a button to the Account Details page that leads to a General
Ledger which shows only entries & transactions for that Account.
The every-account General Ledger is too busy for some uses(like viewing
individual charge associated with a Credit Card):
