Since we don't need contact addresses for accounts anymore, we can just show email/password/pass-confirm fields and create an account for the user during checkout.
Place the fields above the address fields, maybe with a link to swap it into a login/logout form.
Maybe generate a password for the user, but allow them to change it in the form?

fetched on the initial load & when the Shipping Country/Region changes.

If the Customer created an account during checkout, they will be
automatically logged in, so we show them an alert & log out button in
case they are using a public computer.
